The Marshall Steam Museum features the world's largest collection of operating Stanley steam cars, a 1916 electric car, and two 1930s Packards, the 1/8 size Auburn Valley Railroad with a coal-fired steam locomotive and a diesel-style locomotive, electric Lionel train displays and so much more. The organization is best known for their popular Steamin' Day events, when visitors can visit the estate and experience what transportation was like at the turn of the 20th century by taking rides on both the trains and in historic automobiles.

The Marshall Steam Museum is nestled in the small town of Yorklyn, Delaware within Auburn Heights Preserve. The museum is operated by the Friends of Auburn Heights Preserve, Inc a 501(c)3 non-profit.
