Salon. The race honor’s John M. Scharp who lost his battle with a rare form of sarcoma in April, 2014. John was the owner of the Geico Local Office Delaware and an avid supporter of USO Delaware. He served on the advisory council and assisted with many fundraisers and events to benefit the local branch of the USO. This race will honor his legacy by donating all proceeds to USO Delaware.
