Aerial Fun & Fitness New Studio Open House

Zina DiTonno of Aerial Fun & Fitness has expanded her studio and is opening just in time to jump start your winter fitness regimen. All of her studio classes are a fusion of Pilates, body weight fitness and VaihAyasa aerial yoga exercises, making the new space essential for students to freely enjoy stretching or flying at their comfort level. However, Aerial Fitness is not all about acrobats. In fact, this recently developed style combines traditional hatha floor poses while using a hammock for therapeutic support. Aerial practice has several advantages opposed to traditional, which includes stretching and strengthening without over stressing your joints or vertebrae. Zina invites those seeking a winter workout that increases core strength, hip mobility and muscle to attend their complimentary Open House on Sunday, November 1st between 1:30-5pm. The Open House will offer demonstrations, guidance and class specials to all attendees.
