Fall Fitness Walks
Experience the natural beauty of Mt. Cuba Center's gardens, forests, and meadows as they take on the vibrant colors of fall. During this invigorating hour-long walk, you will get to know the native flora as you improve your health, engage with our staff, and enjoy our extensive walking trails. Dress for the weather, bring a water bottle, and be prepared for hilly terrain.
